This policy explains the information OmniCFS collects during pilot, how it is used, and how to contact support with privacy questions.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, role, tier, and authentication/session data.
  • Project information such as building dimensions, location inputs, design settings, openings, materials, loads, calculations, exports, saved revisions, feedback reports, and audit events.
  • Operational information such as browser type, device details, logs, error reports, IP-derived security signals, and product-usage events needed to support and improve the pilot.

How we use information

  • Operate OmniCFS, authenticate users, save projects, run design checks, generate exports, and provide support.
  • Investigate bugs, wrong-result reports, export issues, abuse, security events, and data-quality problems.
  • Improve product quality, reliability, safety gates, documentation, support workflows, and pilot readiness.

How we share information

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We may share information with service providers that help run hosting, databases, authentication, error monitoring, email, support, analytics, or security.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or OmniCFS, or to investigate security, safety, fraud, or abuse concerns.

Cookies and local storage

OmniCFS uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, sessions, saved work recovery, preferences, product operation, analytics, error monitoring, and security when those tools are enabled.

Project and engineering data

Project inputs and outputs may include sensitive construction, location, business, or client information. Do not upload information you are not authorized to use. Pilot users should avoid uploading secrets, payment data, or unrelated personal information.

Retention and deletion

OmniCFS retains account, project, export, feedback, audit, and support records as needed to operate the service, preserve safety/audit history, resolve product issues, and satisfy legal or operational obligations.

Security

OmniCFS uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the pilot, but no online service is perfectly secure. Report suspected security or privacy issues to support promptly.

Your choices

Contact support to request account changes, project deletion, access questions, or privacy questions. Some records may need to be retained for safety, audit, legal, fraud-prevention, or backup reasons.
