Support
Last updated: May 6, 2026
During invite-only pilot, OmniCFS support is focused on product feedback, wrong-result reports, export-gating issues, account help, and safety concerns.
Best way to report an issue
Authenticated users should use the in-app Report button whenever possible. It can include the current page, project id, tier, browser context, and issue category so support can triage faster.
Email support
- General support: omnicfs@gmail.com
- Include the project id, page URL, what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue affects a design result, export, or safety decision.
- For wrong-result, safety, or export-gating concerns, include screenshots or exported review materials only when you are authorized to share them.
Safety and engineering concerns
If you believe OmniCFS produced a wrong structural result, mislabeled a failure, unlocked an export incorrectly, or created confusing construction-use language, mark it clearly as a safety or engineering concern in the report.
Pilot response expectations
During invite-only pilot, support is handled manually. Response times are not guaranteed, but safety, auth, data-access, and export-gating issues should be treated ahead of general feature requests.
What support cannot do
- Support cannot provide a professional seal, permit approval, construction direction, or substitute for a required project professional.
- Support cannot confirm local zoning, setbacks, soil suitability, inspections, or AHJ approval for a project.
- Support can help identify product issues, explain OmniCFS outputs, collect feedback, and route safety concerns into the product queue.
