Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These pilot terms explain the current rules for using OmniCFS while the product is in invite-only pilot.
Pilot access
OmniCFS is currently offered as an invite-only pilot. Access may be approved, limited, suspended, or ended while the product is being tested and prepared for broader release.
What OmniCFS provides
- Software-generated cold-formed steel design assistance for supported building scopes.
- Design status, calculation output, Structural Design Summary, review package materials, and export gates when available.
- Feedback, audit, and support workflows for pilot users.
What OmniCFS does not provide
- OmniCFS does not provide professional engineering, architectural, surveying, contracting, permit-expediting, legal, or construction services.
- OmniCFS does not provide a professional seal, AHJ approval, construction release, or guarantee that a project will be accepted by a local jurisdiction.
- OmniCFS outputs must not be used for construction, fabrication, procurement, or permitting without review and approval by the qualified parties required for the project and jurisdiction.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for entering accurate project information, reviewing assumptions, and confirming local code, zoning, permit, site, soil, flood, wind, snow, seismic, and inspection requirements.
- You are responsible for involving a licensed professional, contractor, AHJ, or other qualified reviewer when required.
- You must not remove warnings, watermarks, package limitations, blocked-export explanations, or review requirements from OmniCFS outputs.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep account credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access.
- Do not attempt to access another user's projects, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload malicious or unlawful content.
- Pilot feedback is welcome, but safety concerns, wrong-result reports, and export issues should be reported promptly through the in-app report flow or support email.
Content, project data, and feedback
You retain responsibility for the project information you upload or enter. OmniCFS may process that information to operate the product, provide support, improve the software, investigate bugs, and maintain safety and audit records. Feedback you provide may be used to improve OmniCFS.
Availability and changes
Pilot features, pricing, templates, exports, and deployment details may change. OmniCFS may add, remove, or restrict features when needed for safety, reliability, product scope, or operational reasons.
Warranty and liability posture
OmniCFS is provided during pilot for evaluation and workflow testing. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law and any written agreement, OmniCFS is provided without warranties of AHJ approval, construction fitness, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
